We are often invited to do more with less. I have a friend who does more than most people. When asked how, she responds tongue in cheek “I have better workflow.” Industries like shipping have better operational systems. In the world of healthcare, we need better math and more interest in operations. I was glad to be part of the LeanTaas Hospital Operations Virtual Summit with Becker’s Healthcare. I wanted to share some highlights and think about who we know that has helped us improve our lives, our hospital rooms, our business, through better math.
